The Mason City Community Theatre (MCCT) was formed in 1965. We've had over 50 seasons of shows and have produced over 250 shows. Over the years, we've had many homes. We were previously in the Public Library Room from 1981-1997; however, through a fundraising campaign, we found our current location behind Music Man Square. In the summer of 2013, our space underwent a parking lot resurfacing and we added green space in front of a wall that would later become a vibrant mural that was completed in October 2016.
Our purpose is to foster greater interest in live theatre through the production of quality plays. We look forward to seeing you soon.
